Guided tours of the castle to mark International Women’s Day
To mark International Women’s Day, the Château-Musée de Saumur is offering a themed guided tour focusing on the women who have shaped the castle’s history.
Yolande of Aragon, Charlotte Arbaleste, as well as Johanna Van der Heul and the Widow Perrin – there are many strong women, from princesses to craftswomen, who have left their mark on the history of Saumur Castle and the museum’s collections.
